The promenade is only a few minutes walk away and the nearest sandy beach, Lido Oasi Degli Angeli, is only 2 km and 7 minutes by car from the accommodation. You will find the nearest supermarket after 240 m and 3 minutes on foot and the city centre with a selection of restaurants, bars and cafés is 150 m away.



The property starts on the first floor going up a beautiful internal marble staircase, then on the terrace, there is an equipped portico with a sea view and barbecue.



The terrace is for the exclusive use of guests.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request).
