The 3-room luxury apartment described here - Florida 5 Friday - is located on the 1st Upper floor and spoiled with two large roof terraces. The living area is 75sqm and is ideal for up to 4 people. There are two separate bedrooms and a modern shower room. Includes beds made for 2 people. Car lift underground parking space for a fee. Non-smokers. Pets are not allowed. You spend your stay in a direct location to the beach promenade and in walking distance to the spa gardens. Concert stage, pier and numerous restaurants and cafes. In the Ostseebad the bathing line -Carolinchen- runs between the cliffs and Marina Yachtwelt Weisse Wiek.

The exceptionally high-quality furnished holiday home convinces with a chic living / dining area, where a very cozy sofa area invites you to relax. Also a flat screen TV? DVD-Blu-Ray, music system and free WiFi are of course available. A dining table borders on the high-quality equipped and open kitchen, which fits charmingly into the living area. Ceramic hob, oven and microwave are available as well as a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and more. v.m. Spend restful nights in two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, television, wardrobe or chest of drawers. On arrival, beds made for 2 people are included. You can reach one of the bedrooms via three steps with a railing on the side. There is also a cot inside the apartment.
