Half-timbered house from the 19th Century, which has been renovated with a lot of passion in recent years. Historical building materials were mainly used.
In the house there are two fully equipped apartments. The apartments have parquet floors, the walls are made of rammed earth. All furniture is made of solid wood.
It is due to the age of the house that the ceiling height in the large apartment on the upper floor is lower than usual.
The small apartment on the ground floor is ideal for 2 (max. 4) people. It has a living room with a separate sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower. There is a bed 140 cm wide in the sleeping area and a sofa bed 140 cm wide in the living room.
The large apartment on the upper and upper floor is suitable for 4 (max. 6) people. It has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There is a double bed 180 cm wide in bedroom 1, two single beds 90 cm wide in bedroom 2 and a 140 cm wide sofa bed in the living room.
The location is ideal for city travelers or business people.
