Our modern, very spacious 2-room apartment "Kranich" in Warnemünde, in the house "Düne" is about 82 square meters and designed for 2 to 4 people. You can easily reach your apartment and the underground car park via the elevator. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful seaside resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

The "Residenz im Kurpark" with the houses "Sanddorn", "Bernstein" and "Düne" was built in 2008 directly at the spa park in Warnemünde. From here it is only about 100 m to the beach. Bus stop and shops are only a few minutes' walk away. In the houses "Düne", "Bernstein" and "Sanddorn" we offer you new and tastefully furnished apartments for 2 to 4 people for rent in 2008/2009. The apartments are equipped with TV, radio, CD, DVD, full kitchens, parquet floors and have spacious balconies or Terraces.

There is an elevator in the house with which you can easily reach your holiday home. The living room (radio / CD / TV / DVD / free WiFi) impresses with its large glass front to the sunny south / west balcony and is equipped with a sofa bed and comfortable seating area. The bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge / freezer and dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The apartment has an underground parking space No. 78 on the 2nd Basement in the house. You can park the bikes in the bike room. Nice bathroom with shower (walk-in) and hairdryer. In the apartment you can use the washing machine and dryer. The apartment is covered with parquet floors and reserved for non-smokers.

Bakers, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade etc. - all around the corner.
