The highlight is the furnished balcony with a view of the beach and the sea, where you can spend relaxing evenings with delicious food and a glass of wine. Thanks to its excellent location, numerous shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The 3 km long sandy beach stretches directly in front of the house.
