This single-storey typically Majorcan country house features an air-conditioned living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also comes equipped with Wi-Fi, a high chair, a cot and a satellite TV as well as heating (for an additional fee) and a fireplace for colder days.



The idyllic and covered terrace with its barbecue area as well as the garden with its 42-m² pool and sun loungers are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The town of Campanet with its restaurants and shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes, while the Bay of Pollença with its fine, sandy beaches is a 30-minute drive away.
