The Finca Sa Garriga has a large pool terrace with an attractive overflow pool, sun loungers with pool towels and an outdoor shower. The pool is accessed by a staircase, furthermore there is in the right area a seating corner in the pool as well as a water inlet. Next to the pool is a large covered barbecue area with outdoor grill, bar and bar. Around the pool is a small lawn area with shaded olive trees. Behind the house begins a large natural property, which also belongs to the finca.



When you enter the finca you feel immediately. High premises equipped with quality materials and furniture await the holiday guest. The large living room has a large flat TV in front of the Couchsitzgruppe with separate massage chair. Next door is a tasteful dining area in front of the semi-open large modern fitted kitchen. The Finca Sa Garriga has 3 large bedrooms each with a private bathroom en suite. There is also a guest WC. This finca is a year-round residence, with a modern climate system (hot / cold) and underfloor heating. A luxury residence, which you should not miss.
