The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a typical local style and functional manner. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property over the garden and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard.

Umag, district of Valica. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house intermittently but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to mid-October, 3 m x 5 m, 1.5 m deep).
