This cosy apartment offers space for 2 people on 35 m², with the possibility of using an additional bed. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, SAT-TV and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, electric cooker, cookware and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin.



From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view, the table and chairs invite you to have breakfast or dinner outdoors. The apartment offers direct access to the garden and courtyard, where the barbecue can also be used. A parking space is available at the property. Pets are welcome after prior notification.



The accommodation is located approximately 500 metres from the sandy and gravelly beach. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre can be conveniently reached on foot. An outdoor shower is available on the property, and fresh towels are changed twice a week, with beds being made up weekly. Upon arrival, you will find chilled drinks in the refrigerator.



In the surrounding area, you can expect diverse leisure activities such as water sports, diving, boat trips, bicycle and kayak rental, tennis, mini golf, mountain biking, paragliding, wine tastings, and cultural attractions.
