This cosy studio apartment offers space for up to 2 adults and a child on 25 m². It consists of a combined living, sleeping and kitchen area with a double bed and additional child's bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi and a bathroom with shower and toilet.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, electric cooker, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, cooking utensils and crockery. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and parasol and offers direct access to the garden, where a communal barbecue is available to all guests. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are allowed after prior notification.



Towels are changed twice weekly, and beds are freshly made up weekly. Chilled drinks are available at reception. The studio is located just 500 metres from the beach, near restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre.
