The open living and dining area features a modern kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, as well as cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. A dining table for four people, SAT-TV, air conditioning, and a sofa bed provide additional comfort. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy direct access to the garden and courtyard.



Only about 600 metres separate the accommodation from the gravel beach. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are also within walking distance. On the enclosed property, you can use the freshwater pool, sun loungers, parasols and the children's playground. A car park directly at the property is available.
