Two well-equipped bedrooms ensure restful sleep: a double bedroom and a room with two single beds, both with wardrobe, bedside table, mirror and complete darkening. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.



The combined living, dining and cooking area is modernly furnished and features a refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine as well as crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. A dining table for four people, a comfortable sofa bed and SAT-TV invite you to relax. Air conditioning and WiFi are included.



The covered south terrace offers direct access to the garden and is equipped with a table, chairs and a clothes horse, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxed afternoons. A parking space directly at the property is available.



The location is perfect for a beach holiday: The pebble beach is only 10 metres away, restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and the centre are within walking distance. The surroundings invite you to a variety of activities, including swimming, snorkelling, diving, water sports, boat trips, cycling, mini golf or outdoor sports.
