The house "Sylter Residenz" is located in the center of Westerland on the edge of the famous strolling mile "Friedrichstrasse". In a few minutes' walk you are not only on the main shopping street but also on the Westerland beach promenade.

The 2-room apartment 48 is located on the 4th Floor of the house and offers enough space for up to 4 people. An elevator almost takes you to the front door.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining area for 4 people and a fold-out wall bed for the 3rd and 4th Person. There are 2 single beds in the bedroom.
In the kitchen you will find everything to take care of your physical well-being.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The east balcony lets you look over the roofs of Westerland.
It is a non-smoking apartment - smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
Internet is available via WiFi.
