From Possenhofen train station, which can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes, you can drive directly to the city center of Munich (Oktoberfest) (journey time approx. 35 minutes). Munich Airport can also be reached in around 1 hour by train.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The additional costs (electricity, water, heating, internet) are included in the rental price.
