For connoisseurs! On the ground floor, the portal opens up to the high entrance area with staircase; the bathroom, dining room and huge kitchen-living room in the vaulted ceiling are adjacent. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, two living rooms and a bathroom; a second bathroom is on the 2nd floor. You can dine under the pergola in front of the house. A little below is the private pool area with sun loungers and covered terrace, as well as a park-like garden with olive trees, figs, cacti and oleanders - a little paradise!

In the Borgo of Lugnano there is not only fresh spring water at the village fountain but also a good ristorante (500 m) where you can enjoy local specialities. Pasta dishes with truffles and porcini mushrooms, game dishes. Paths and roads for hiking or biking lead along the Tiber (8 km) and through the small side valleys. Football pitch 300 m away; archery 500 m away. Explore the many interesting towns in the surrounding area: Città di Castello, Montone and Umbertide 15 km, Cortona 30 km, Arezzo and Perugia 60 km. Lake Trasimeno 35 km away. Nearest village with shops of all kinds: Trestina 5 km.
