Apartment

The apartment is on the ground floor of a "Bauhaus villa" on the south-west side. It has a spacious living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and TV as well as 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in the larger bedroom there is a sauna. There is a spacious terrace around the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with very high quality furniture (hülsta) and has a spacious terrace with furniture, grill, parasol and very attractive plants. Small conveniences such as a Nespresso machine are also taken care of. Large windows with sun protection (outside) make the apartment very bright. Sauna and fireplace ensure the best feeling of well-being even outside the beach season.
The holiday apartment is located in a modern villa, newly built in 2010, at Badeeg 3 in the Baltic resort of Juliusruh on Rügen. The 8 km long, fine sandy beach, which almost reaches Cape Arkona, is about 120m away. The bathing trail borders a nature reserve in the north. The center of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops is about 300m away. A supermarket and a department store are located in Altenkirchen (approx. 3 km away).
