The apartment house “Kastanienhof” is in a central location, near the shopping center, at the entrance to Boltenhagen. The holiday home comprises a total of 15 residential units. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the town center can be reached in about 300 meters. The high-quality furnished unit - Kastanienhof 11 - is a 61sqm 3-room apartment with a south-facing balcony. There are two separate bedrooms. Maximum occupancy with 4 people. A car outside parking space is free of charge at the house. Family-friendly equipment with handcart, cot, high chair. It is an apartment for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed. On request, a bread delivery service brings fresh bread daily to the front door.

The 61 sqm apartment offers high quality and comfortably brightly furnished. In the living / dining area there is a comfortable sofa, TV, DVD player, music system and a large dining table for meals together. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. V. M. Two separate bedrooms 1x double bed and wardrobe, 1x bunk bed and chest of drawers, allow relaxing nights. For small children there is a high chair and a travel cot in the apartment. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth in the brightly tiled shower room. You are also welcome to use the handcart, which is located outside the storage room, free of charge. A parking space is reserved for your car. We would like to point out that smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed. If requested, beds and towels can be booked.
