Cozy Finca Pula Viñas near Son Servera with private pool. The property is on the Son Servera-Capdepera road, but the street noise was never perceived by guests as disturbing. The "Sera de Pula" golf resort is located in the immediate vicinity, perfect for golf lovers. The house has a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor there is the cozy and bright living-dining area with a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The living room is air-conditioned, as is the bedroom, which is also on the ground floor. In the basement there are three further bedrooms as well as a bathroom. These are not air-conditioned, but it is still very cool there in summer. The entire house has WiFi.
The outdoor area with a fixed grill and private pool is perfect for enjoying the summer evenings with the family. There are enough sun loungers and sun protection, a small lawn invites you to linger. There is an outside shower and there are covered parking spaces at the entrance to the finca.
