Welcome to our apartment in Graz.
The apartment is perfect for students, business people, conference visitors etc. due to its perfect location (a cross street from Herrengasse) and great connection to public transport.
We offer our guests free WiFi.

In the building you will also find a washing machine and a dryer, which you can use.
We welcome pets. This apartment is a non-smoking accommodation.
The apartment is only a 2-3 minute walk from the Graz Opera.
The Office of the Styrian State Government and Karl Franzens University are also only a few minutes' walk away.
AVL Graz, Magna, Knapp, NXP, MedUni Graz etc. are best accessible publicly or by car.
We offer a cheap parking space in the opera garage. For longer stays (over a month) a price can be agreed.
