This two-storey terraced house is situated in the sought-after residential area of Atalaya Park, within a short walk through pine woods to the sandy beaches of La Fontanilla and Los Bateles. The house has a large terrace with a private gate leading into a communal garden of approx. 1.500 m², which is for the exclusive use of local residents.
On the ground floor there is the lounge with dining area (air conditioned), the well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a shower room. You have direct access from the living room to the private terrace. Free internet-access (wifi) provided.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms (one double, two twin), and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small private balcony with views of the garden.

This tranquil area is only a short walk from what is maybe the most beautiful beach of Conil, La Fontanilla (popular for its beach bars and the famous restaurant "Francisco Fontanilla" which opens onto the sand and sea). The old town of Conil is only a 10-minute stroll. The walk to the beach leads through a little park, where you will find a tapa bar with stunning sea views. Next to it is a playground and a large area for playing football and similar activities. There is also a typical Spanish restaurant close by
