Modern townhouse with communal pool and fantastic views from the roof terrace Casa Alba is a quiet, bright and very comfortable townhouse in Conil de la Frontera.
The kitchen, open to the large living-dining room is very bright.
The living room is equipped with a large sofa, flat screen TV, internet connection, chromecast to connect mobile phones to the TV and air conditioning.
The terrace can be accessed from the kitchen as well as from the living room where you can relax on the sofa or eat outside surrounded by beautiful plants.
The terrace has a charcoal barbecue.
There is also a shower room on this floor.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, TV and bathroom with ensuite bathtub and a balcony where you can relax with a view of the sea.
On the same floor there is another bedroom with two single beds.
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and next to it, the third bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
On the roof terrace, the jewel in the crown of the house, you will enjoy wonderful views of the village of Conil and El Palmar and also of its beach and you will be able to observe the Salado river.
Under a pergola that provides shade, you can relax on the sofa with a drink or lie back and relax in the evening.
Tenants have the right to enjoy the communal swimming pool of the urbanisation which is open all year round, less than a minute from the house.
It is fenced for the safety of the children, has lawns and palm trees that provide shade.
Due to the location of this house in a residential area, it will not be rented to groups of young people.
VFT/CA/03602 Casa Alba is located in a newly constructed residential area on a slope just outside the town centre of Conil (10 - 15 minutes? walk). There is a supermarket within walking distance. The beaches of Los Bateles and Castilnovo are a 15 minutes' walk away.
