The house is located near the spa center "Cliner Quelle" with sauna, swimming pool and
Wellness offers and about 1500 m from the beach.
With approx. 5 min. Walk to the town center is this and the surrounding shops,
Cafes and restaurants easily accessible even without a car.

- living / dining room with access to terrace, garden furniture and small garden area,
- Kitchen with stove / oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and egg cooker and

- a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe and
