From the entrance area with a special cloakroom, go straight to the stylish shower room with daylight and a large, walk-in summer rain shower.
The centerpiece of the apartment is the harmonious living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen in a modern design, a dining table with elegant rocking chairs and a living area that meets the highest demands. Should a fresh North Sea breeze blow outside, a state-of-the-art 3D electric fireplace, paired with an innovative infrared mural heater, provides a cozy atmosphere for dreaming and falling in love at the push of a button.

From the living area you then reach the large and covered south-facing terrace with four adjustable high-back armchairs and an extendable teak table. Of course, there is also a professional gas grill with turbo zone for extensive barbecues.

You can sleep deeply and peacefully in the master bedroom with a double box spring bed at a comfortable height. The large wardrobe has enough storage space for your luggage.
The second bedroom, like the entire ensemble of the seal nest, offers a lot of sophistication! A single box spring bed and a high-quality wall folding bed ensure optimal use of space with more freedom of movement during the day and sweet dreams at night. Elegant storage space and the highboard create enough storage space here too. A full HD flat screen TV with a second Blu-Ray player leaves room for separate entertainment.
