The holiday apartment is located in a single-family house built in 1970 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the lake and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, and barbecue facilities.

Bardolino, Calmasino district. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late October, 20 m x 10 m, 2.50 m deep).
