The domicile is also popular due to the view of the lake from the property and its sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn.

Bardolino. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, 16 m x 20 m, 2 m deep). Children's pool (diameter 3 m, 60 cm deep). In case of bad weather, the closing/opening time may be brought forward or postponed.
