The apartment "Petit Fleur" offers 2 adults and 2 children enough space and the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is in a well-kept environment, quietly located on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building near the Grömitzer children's zoo Arche Noah. In this accommodation, the holiday begins with beds already made and towels provided.

The living space of the approx. 54 sqm accommodation is divided into a living / dining room, two separate bedrooms, a hallway, a shower room and a furnished south-facing loggia.
The living room with a comfortable corner couch offers relaxation, furthermore the flat-screen TV with cable connection as well as a radio with CD player, plenty of board games and books don't get boring. There is a dining table with chairs at your disposal. From the living room you can access the wonderful, furnished south-facing loggia, where you can enjoy the sun from noon until late in the evening.

The fully equipped kitchen has u. a. via a refrigerator with freezer, 4-plate convection cooker, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine and a new Bosch Tassimo machine. In the first bedroom you will find a double bed measuring 2 x 90 x 200 cm and a spacious wardrobe. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, stool, mirror cabinet and hair dryer as well as a towel radiator. The car parking space with the number 31 is located directly behind the house in the associated parking lot. In the house you can use the high quality Miele washer and dryer; they are coin operated devices. The distance to the beach is about 10 to 15 minutes on foot; Restaurants, bakeries and shops are within walking distance.
