Very nicely furnished duplex apartment on two levels with a balcony and a terrace. The apartment is in a quiet side street (without traffic) with direct access to the dike. All shops are within walking distance; it is about 300 meters to the beach.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. The entrance areas are on the ground floor and on the 1st Floor. This gives you two convenient entrances to the apartment. The bathroom and bedroom and a private terrace are on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads from here to the living area with dining area and separate kitchen as well as the spacious balcony with storage room. In the living room there is a couch corner (sofa bed), a flat screen TV (SAT) and the dining area. The fully equipped separate kitchen has a 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and the usual kitchen utensils.
In the bedroom you will find a new double bed with mattress and topper in the size of 180x200 cm, another bed with the dimensions 120x150 cm and a spacious sliding door wardrobe. Roller blinds and blackout curtains ensure restful sleep here.
The functional bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Parking & special features
In addition to your underground parking space, there is a bicycle storage room and an elevator in the house. The house also has free WiFi as well as a washing machine and dryer for general use.
