Frisian house, apt. 3Location: The thatched frieze house from 1693 stands in the historical part of Westerland on a beautifully ingrown plot. In the house there are 3 completely renovated and newly furnished 2-room apartments that we can rent out. This apartment has a furnished south-facing terrace with a garden. All apartments can be connected to each other within the house. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 42 m² on the ground floor. For 2 people. Equipment: The living room is equipped with cable TV, video, stereo and internet access. The dining area is also located in the comfortably furnished kitchen (microwave). The interior bedroom receives light and air through an opening dome light. It has a double bed and an additional television incl. DVD. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a wide glass door. The new bathroom has a shower, toilet and an additional radiant heater. The parking space in front of the house is reserved for the owner. If this is not present, it belongs to apartment II. Pets are not allowed!It is a non-smoking apartment. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This is calculated separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
