The house is suitable for 6 people. The spacious living room with kitchen and dining area is on the ground floor. There is a fireplace in the living area. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. In the 1st Upstairs are the three bedrooms, each with 2 beds. There is also a bathroom with a tub. In the large bedroom there is a 2nd Flat screen TV. There is a condenser dryer in the storage room on the ground floor. A washing machine is integrated in the kitchen. The house has a fenced garden, a carport and a lockable storage room that can accommodate at least 2 bicycles.

Haus Ute is a semi-detached house with separate, fenced-in gardens and a carport. It lies directly on the inner dike of the Hooksmeer, the waterway that leads into the village. The town center and the old port as well as the marina are within walking distance. With a booking of 7 nights or more, you can choose whether you want to leave the holiday home swept clean, without additional payment or a complete cleaning for 50, -. For us, broom-clean means: all waste bins are empty, the grill and fireplace, if used, are cleaned. All kitchen appliances have been cleaned and the dishwasher is empty. It is sucked through once. HAus Ute has 2 flat screens, one is in the living room and the second in the large bedroom

Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departure from 08:00 to 10:00.
