Friesenhaus app. ILage: The thatched frieze house from 1693 stands in the historical part of Westerland on a beautifully ingrown plot. In the house there are 3 completely renovated and newly furnished 2-room apartments that we offer. This apartment has a garden area with a beach chair and seating. All apartments can be connected to each other within the house. This apartment can be reached via a steep but easily accessible staircase. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 42 m² on the upper floor. For up to 2 people. Equipment: The living room is brightly furnished with a sofa bed, the dining area and the kitchenette (microwave). Cable TV, video, stereo and internet access are available. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a small reading corner with a second television incl. DVD. The new bathroom has a shower (formerly a bathtub) and toilet. The parking space in front of the house is reserved for the owner. If this is not present, it belongs to apartment II. Pets are not allowed!It is a non-smoking apartment. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival
