Our holiday homes are located in the holiday village, approx. 1 km from Oberhundem / Rothaarsteig. All houses are only about 50 meters apart, houses 10 and 11 are right next to each other on an approx. 1,000 sqm plot with a large garden. Also ideal for groups, several families or a slightly different conference location in a quiet environment. Simply book several houses and spend a nice time with us in the holiday village. We offer space for max. 19 adults and 3 children up to 6 years.
Our renovated holiday home Silva No. 10 awaits you with a wonderful panoramic view of the Hundemtal and the surrounding forests. A straight staircase leads to the 2 separate bedrooms on the upper floor. The small bedroom has 2 single beds, the larger 3 single beds and possibly Space for a baby bed (on request, for a fee). The house has a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee pad machine and filter coffee machine (size 4). The adjoining dining area (with high chair) invites you to sit together and enjoy long game evenings. A pellet stove provides cozy warmth on colder evenings. Garden furniture and a grill are available on the terrace. The house is connected via the garden and a path to house Silva No. 11, together the houses are located on a plot of approx. Ideally suited for groups or large families up to 9 people! Our house is a non-smoking house. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome at an additional cost. We use the ground floor of the house for storing cleaning utensils, bed linen etc. Occasional access via separate entrance on arrival and departure days.
