Cottage

In the green Bannewitz, right on the southern outskirts, you live on my 3-sided courtyard in a separate house.

Bannewitz is extremely convenient in terms of transport:

by car:
2 min. to the A17 motorway
5 min. to university
10 min. to Dresden central station
10 min. to the city center (old market, historical city center, etc.)
30 min. to Dresden Airport (DRS)

by bus:
6 min. to university
12 min. to Dresden central station
15 minutes. to the city center (old market, historical city center, etc.)

The friendly, bright room is located in the right side building, with its own large cloakroom, a modern, spacious bathroom, with an extra shower, corner bath, hairdryer, washing machine and extra toilet. Everything is available for you to use alone, towels and soaps are included.

In the room itself, you will find a double bed measuring 1.80mx 2.00m, a small kitchenette with tea and coffee, incl. Stove, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. Televisions and free WiFi go without saying and are part of the basic equipment for me.

In the courtyard you can use a west-facing terrace until late in the evening. The parking lot is right in front of the door.
