The corridor leads to the cozy living and dining area. The beautiful living area with a cozy couch corner offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. The dining area with ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with the best branded appliances. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area you can access the spacious and covered balcony.

You can get to your vacation home via the elevator or the stairs. Held from the entrance area on the left is the chic shower room with toilet. The large, floor-level shower, towel heating and the illuminated mirror as a niche above the washbasin offer maximum comfort. The walk-in shower is also ideal for guests with restrictions.

You can access your bedroom from the living-dining area. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed and large wardrobe offers plenty of natural light, but can be darkened quickly and easily thanks to the opaque curtains. There would also be enough space for an additional cot.

A storage room with clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and various cleaning utensils complete the coherent overall picture.

The barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and intelligent lighting.

Children's travel cot and high chair are also available on request at no extra charge.

There is a bicycle room in the basement for your bicycles or e-bikes.
