In the middle of the nature park directly on the Szczecin Lagoon in the small idyllic village of Warsin is our detached holiday home Pommernhof. The location offers you a comfortable starting point. You can reach the extensive flat forest and moorland on foot. The connection to the cycle path network around the lagoon and the Baltic Sea coast as well as to local public transport is just as good. The perfect place for nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts, hikers, those looking for peace and relaxation. Due to the elevated position of the house, you can enjoy the wonderful view over the Stettiner Haff to the island of Usedom and the surrounding nature. The holiday home with high-quality, tasteful furnishings offers plenty of space and comfort on almost 200 m2 of living space. If you want to be online on vacation, there is free WiFi available. Color-coordinated and stylishly furnished, the house has three bedrooms, each with a large double bed, a wardrobe and seating. In the open and light-flooded living / dining and kitchen area, a fireplace and a fireplace provide cozy warmth on cool days. A large flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth speaker provide entertainment. Sufficient information material on the sights in our region, various books and board games for young and old are available. The fully equipped kitchen in a modern glossy white design leaves nothing to be desired and has a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob, extractor hood (exhaust air to the outside), fridge / freezer combination, oven, dishwasher and much more. In the attractive, modern daylight bathroom with a view of the lagoon on the upper floor there is a spacious shower, sink and toilet. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor with a washing facility. You have direct access from the living area into the garden and onto the large balcony, which invite you to relax and linger. Here you can end the day with a glass of wine or a good meal. Sun loungers are available for extensive sunbathing and the trees in the garden offer many shady spots. In addition, there is a covered area directly at the house. Here you can e.g. B. Store your bikes you brought with you. Parking is available directly on the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed.

Description of the holiday home in Vogelsang-Warsin: The Pommernhof am Haff with the thatched roof was built in 1986 and lovingly renovated in 2018. The modern holiday home is approximately 200 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. The house is located in the small village Vogelsang Warsin and offers a great view of the lagoon.   Equipment: Open living / dining room and kitchen area with access to a large furnished wooden terrace, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, toilet, bathroom with shower and toilet, large garden approx. 1600 m² with seating. Quiet location, 1200 m to the natural sand beach, forest and Close to the lake are ideal for cycling, water sports and fishing.   In the seaside resort of Ueckermünde, 7 km away, there are restaurants, cafés, a market, a cinema, shops, a harbor and a zoo with a climbing forest.   The following additional costs are included in the rental price: electricity, water, WIFI, telephone to the German landline, heating, wood for heating.
