The quiet location on the forest and dune belt guarantees relaxation. Nevertheless, you can reach the pier to the beach, the leisure promenade and the health and wellness center in a few minutes' walk. Small shops and nice restaurants invite you to stroll and your car has a vacation in its own parking lot in front of the house or in the underground garage. You will find comfort of the highest level on 43 m2 with a large sunny west balcony (loggia). We look forward to you. A 40 “TV, Bluetooth sound system is available for TV evenings.  Cooking and communicating - the kitchen An open kitchen is partially integrated into the living room. A partition offers a nice visual separation of the two areas. The modern dining area is right next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has high-quality kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, oven, cooking area, as well as a Nespress coffee machine and conventional coffee machine. You will also find a waffle maker and other kitchen appliances.  Pure wellness - the bathroomThe bathroom in a bright design is equipped with modern sanitary objects. The shower area offers maximum comfort with SPO feeling. A hair dryer and an illuminated make-up mirror are also available. A washstand with drawers offers space for all bathroom accessories.  Quiet zone - The bedroom The bedroom has two beds that can be used either as single beds or as a double bed. In addition to a spacious sideboard, 2 LED reading lights belong to the equipment of this room. A hotel safe rounds off the equipment package. The room is quietly located on the forest side.
