In the first floor of a shiny yellow Captains House our 3 1/2 room 160 m/2 holiday apartment bids you a warm welcome.

The house is located in a short dead end road only a brief walk away from the old town city center of Buxtehude with its litte shops and restaurants on the one side as well as the railway station on the other side. From there you can reach Hamburg Main Station in a 39 minutes and beautiful Stade in a 15 minutes ride.
The nearest restaurant, bakery, pharmacy and so forth are merely a 100 meters away.
By Bike you can reach the city limits towards the marshland or the hills in the South within a few minutes without using main roads.

You will enter the apartments internal hall covered with linoleum over external stairs and a public entrance hall.
The well equipped kitchen with lots of lockers, dish-washer and table for 6 offers direct access to the balcony.
The living room provides parquet floor, a sofa that can be used to sleep 2 persons, a 60 ' TV with German cable TV and DVD player. Attached to it you will find the bright conservatory with another table sitting 6 persons comfortably.
The two large bedrooms offer double beds, plenty cabinet-space, seating, parquet- respectively plank flooring and an extra TV in one of them. The larger bedroom has an additional expandable sofa to sleep children, an extra nursery-bed is available for the very young.
The apartment offers one small, but fully functional rest/showerroom and one larger bathroom with shower, washer/ dryer and access to the sauna as well as the balcony.
The sauna sits up to 4 persons and can be reached over the larger bathroom. It has been built fairly high on purpose so it can host unexperienced users or children together with sauna professionals at the same time offering a temperature difference of about 10 ° Celsius between the lowest and the highest bench.
Down some stairs you will find a space for luggage. The cleaning-equipment, Children seat, balcony-pillows, freezer and more usefull stuff can be found here, as well.
The balcony is offering a table and seating for up to 6 persons and direct view and access into the garden, where you are welcome to pay our cheerful chicken a visit ( no rooster !).
A large carport with room for bicycles is at hand on the property.
