We offer you a bright, comfortable apartment in Greetsiel. The well-kept apartment "Lüttje Krabbe" is located on the upper floor of an apartment building not far from the center. Supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, shops and harbor are a 5 minute walk away.

It consists of a cozy living-dining area, a bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor, a spacious bedroom with two single beds on the top floor and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a stairway to the top floor.

The living room and kitchen are equipped with: flat screen TV with satellite.-Connection, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, stove with ceramic hob and oven. The apartment was completely renovated in 2012 and further modernized in April 2019.

Garden furniture is available for the large balcony of the apartment (12 sqm) on the south side. In front of the house there is a private parking space and a separate bicycle shed.

Access to the apartment is via a staircase. A blackout in the apartment is possible via pleated blinds. Crockery and cutlery is available in sufficient quantities even with maximum occupancy. The apartment is located in a massive apartment building with several residential units. Smoke detectors are available for your safety.

The distance from this apartment to the town center (port) is approx. 750m (footpath).
