The historic, listed Baltic Sea villa was extensively renovated in 2004 and houses bright, very appealing apartments. Our apartment is on the ground floor. The beach, the promenade and many good restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away. The high-quality, tasteful furnishings and the sunny terrace invite you to vacation and relax. A free parking space is available for your vehicle directly in front of the front door. If you bring bicycles with you, you can park them in the lockable bike room in the neighboring house, Solaris. There are also two bicycles and a handcart available for free. For a small fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer here.

A light-flooded, friendly dream apartment welcomes you to the mezzanine floor of the Baltic Sea villa. On 64 sqm you can expect a spacious living room incl. Kitchenette, a large bedroom with a spacious double bed (adjustable slatted frame), a small bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the small bedroom you will find two single beds with adjustable slatted frames - for smaller children, a fall protection is simply attached, which is located in the bed box. The floors in the living room, the bedrooms as well as in the hallway and in the well-equipped kitchen are designed with high quality wooden floorboards and underline the exclusive villa character of the house. The living room forms the center of the apartment. Here you start the day with a breakfast together, plan the trips to the idyllic hinterland, to the beach or the sights of the island or meet for a cozy TV evening. The large windows let plenty of daylight into all rooms. The veranda houses the dining area and also serves as access to the terrace. The terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax. Free WiFi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. A parking space belongs to your apartment on the property. As we are partners of the Golf Hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs.
