Apartment for 4 (max. 6) people, price valid for 4 people, 2 guest beds can be added, prices include VAT, apartment suitable for fitters, trade fair construction workers, groups up to 6 people.

Bedroom 1 (302) is equipped with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, modern cupboard elements, cable TV, a small desk and a club chair.

Bedroom 2 (303) has 2 single beds, a wardrobe, modern cupboard elements, cable TV, a small desk and a club chair.

Kitchen with refrigerator (3-star freezer), oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood with hob lighting, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, kettle, table and 2 chairs. Pot set / pan, dishes, cutlery, cups and glasses are available for 4 people. If you book for 5 or 6 people, we will provide you with additional dishes.

The shower room has a walk-in shower, an illuminated mirror, a spacious shelf and toilet. A hair dryer is also available.

On the balcony of the apartment (access from bedroom 1) there is a small table, 2 seats and an ashtray-an ashtray available.

Smoking in the apartment is not permitted
