The house in the Ringstrasse is located in the western part of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz and is therefore only a few minutes' walk from the sandy beach. The historic town center with the famous spa architecture villas, restaurants and cafes can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. Various shopping opportunities and the Binzer Großbahnhof are within walking distance. A bicycle storage facility is located in the basement area of the house.

Apartment 6RB1, Haus Ringstraße:
Your modern non-smoking apartment 6RB1 is on the 2nd Upper floor and was renovated in 2019. The 3 room apartment with approx. 62 sqm has a furnished south-facing balcony and can be used by up to 4 people. The apartment, furnished with attention to detail, makes a particularly pleasant stay with its modern equipment. The apartment has a hall, a spacious living area, a separate kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. In the living area with access to the balcony you will find a cozy seating area with a pull-out sofa bed. The technical equipment includes a large flat screen TV, a Blu-ray player and WiFi access. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, blackout fabrics as well as seating and play facilities. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower partition, washing machine, toilet, changing mat, potty and toilet attachment for younger guests.
