The Villa Saxonia on Wylichstrasse has been completely renovated. The result is two particularly beautiful houses in a central location in Binz.

Your apartment 7RB17 is on the 1st First floor of the house. The 2 room apartment has a size of about 50 square meters. In addition to the living room with integrated kitchenette, there is a separate bedroom, hallway and a bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet. As an additional special, you can use your own beach chair in the summer months for free use during your vacation. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a large wardrobe. In the living room you will find additional sleeping options on the sofa bed (1.30 mx 1.90 m bed). You will also find a separate dining area, TV and radio in the living room next to the seating area. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, cooking facilities, refrigerator and various small appliances. All of our guests have free WiFi access in this apartment. A private parking lot is available for you directly at the house.
