Your cozy maisonette 33RB12 has a size of approx. 61 qm and is furnished for a maximum of 5 people. It is located on the 2nd Upper floor and has a large roof terrace to the southwest with its own beach chair (from spring 2019) and a beautiful view of the Schmachter See. On the lower level you will find the living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room and one of the two bedrooms. A spiral staircase leads you to the "tower room", in which the 2nd Bedroom is located. The comfortable living area has a seating area with a sofa bed for the 5. Person, seating and dining area, flat screen TV and music system. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and various electrical appliances (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, slicer). The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. In both bedrooms you will find a double bed and a flat-screen TV, in the tower room also with a DVD player. A wardrobe is located in the anteroom of the two bedrooms. Free internet access and a separate garage are at your free disposal. As another special you can in the summer season (01. May - 30 Sept.) use an additional beach chair on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach free of charge. Pets are not allowed in these apartments.
