The villa-renovated Villa Seydlitz is located directly behind the beach promenade and only approx. 50 m from the Baltic Sea beach.

Your apartment 1RB4 is on the ground floor of the villa and has a large covered terrace. The spacious 2-room apartment offers space for up to 4 people for a pleasant stay. The apartment has a living room with a half-open kitchen and an integrated dining area. The comfortable seating area can be converted into a double sofa bed, TV and radio can also be found in the living area. The apartment also has a large bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. All our guests can use free WiFi access. A coin-operated washer dryer is available in the basement of the neighboring house. You can also use the bike storage room of the neighboring house. A parking space belongs to the apartment in the center car park.
