Apartment

The apartment is located in the owner's house in a quiet residential area. It has a separate entrance. The property is centrally located, within a few minutes' walk (approx. 15 minutes) is the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Shops, restaurants and cafes can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The nearest train station Heringsdorf-Neuhof is only a 3-minute walk away.

Solaris:
The lovingly, modernly furnished apartment is approx. 50 m² in size and is located in the basement of the single-family house. It has a separate entrance and a terrace. Access to the terrace is outside the apartment.   The apartment is equipped with a color TV in the living room and a separate bedroom with a double bed.  A complete kitchen with all accessories offers everything you need to prepare your own meals. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and window. The apartment is approved for a maximum of 2 people. Parking space for cars and bicycles is available. Unfortunately pets are not accepted. A children's travel bed can be provided on request.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
