The beautiful Villa Allegra was completely renovated in 2013 in the center of Binz. In the house there is a free sauna, a relaxation room and a coin operated washing machine and dryer. You can store your bikes in the lockable bike room. The villa is equipped with an elevator.

It is about 40m² in size and can be occupied by a maximum of 2 people. In the living room you will find an open kitchen with granite worktop, granite table, built-in appliances (microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer) and small appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a 42 inch LED flat screen TV, stereo system (radio / CD / airplay Function and iPhone docking station), video intercom, free unlimited internet access via WLAN and LAN and a leather sofa. The bedroom has a comfortable brand box spring bed with high quality mattresses, an identical 42 inch flat screen TV, wardrobe etc. In both rooms oak parquet is laid out and all windows are provided with pleated blinds. As a special you can from the summer season (from 01. May to 30th September) use your own beach chair free of charge. In addition, a storage room belonging to the apartment is available in the hallway for storing your suitcases, bags or other things. Iron and ironing board are available. You can use the in-house sauna free of charge. The apartment's own parking lot is located directly in front of the entrance. Out of consideration for many allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed!
