You can reach the beach, the city center and the beautiful pier in two minutes via the riverside path. In the cool seasons you have a beautiful sea view through the trees on the high bank, partly up to the pier.  

Apartment 57RB2, Residenz Falkenberg:
Your large friendly 3 - room apartment 57RB2 is on the ground floor. It has a size of about 70 square meters and is set up for a maximum of 6 people. The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a bathroom. From a bedroom as well as from the living room you have access to an east and a south terrace with a large enclosed garden area. The house is equipped with an elevator from which you can easily reach the apartment. In addition to the cozy living room with LCD TV, DVD home cinema system and sofa bed, there are two further bedrooms with two beds each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, extra seating and various small appliances. In the bathroom you will find a shower, bathtub, vanity and a washing machine. Our guests can now use free internet access. A private car parking space is available free of charge in the underground garage. (Underground car park has its own lift)
