The villa is located at Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house.

Your comfortably furnished apartment 21RB10 is located on the 2nd Upstairs. The 2-room apartment with a winter garden has a size of approx. 54 square meters and can be occupied by up to 6 people. In addition to the living room with integrated kitchen, there is a bedroom, a bathroom with a vanity, large shower and toilet, and a winter garden. 4 people can sleep in the living area and conservatory. In the living room you will find a seating and dining area, a television, music system and a DVD player.
