The beautiful Villa Laetitia was rebuilt in 2003 in the center of Binz. The villa is equipped with an elevator. The beach and the pier can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The villa is located at Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house.

Your apartment 21RB19 is on the 3rd Upstairs. The spacious 2-room apartment has a size of approx. 50 square meters and can be occupied by up to 4 people. From the east balcony of the apartment you have a beautiful view of the quiet Paulstrasse and over the roofs of Binz. In addition to the bright and spacious living room with integrated modern kitchen, there is a separate bedroom, hallway and a bathroom with a vanity, shower, cosmetic mirror and toilet. In the bedroom you will find a double bed, a wardrobe and an additional flat screen TV. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Here you will also find a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi access and a music system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and various small appliances. As a special you can from the summer season (approx.
