The beautiful Villa Laetitia was rebuilt in 2003 in the center of Binz. The villa is equipped with an elevator. The beach and the pier can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The villa is located at Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house.

Your comfortably furnished apartment 21RB1 is located on the 1st Upstairs. The 2-room apartment with a winter garden has a size of approx. 54 square meters and can be occupied by up to 6 people. In addition to the living room with integrated kitchen, there is a bedroom, a bathroom with a vanity, large shower and toilet, and a winter garden. In the living area 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed, in the winter garden on the second sofa bed also 2 people. You will find a seating and dining area, a television and a stereo in the living room. The kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave and various small appliances completes the equipment. An in-house washing machine (in the laundry room) is available free of charge.
