Villa Maria was rebuilt in 2000 at 2 Marienstrasse and awaits its guests with modern and friendly furnishings. Many apartments have sea views. In the basement of the house there is a shared bike room as well as a washing machine and dryer (coin operated machine).

This is u. a. equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. From here you can also enter the sea view balcony. In the cozy bedroom there is a cast iron double bed, two pretty bedside cabinets and an antique wardrobe. TV sets are installed in the living room and bedroom. The device in the bedroom also has an integrated video recorder. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and equipped with a tub, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
